Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Learning & Development (L&D) Supervisor to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As an L&D Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that align with our organization's goals and enhance employee performance.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs, including seminars, workshops, and e-learning courses
- Integrate various learning approaches across the organization to maximize employee development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D strategies and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
- Utilize innovative media and technology to create an engaging learning environment
- Implement a variety of training methods, including e-learning, mentoring, and open communication channels
- Maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand and address their team's training needs
- Assist in developing career paths and succession planning initiatives
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to continuously improve our programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar L&D role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to large groups confidently
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant L&D software
- Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key performance indicators
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Authorization to work in Saudi Arabia
