Freelance ITIL4 Trainer for a class room training in Riyadh
Role Overview
An ITIL 4 Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that educate professionals on ITIL 4 principles and practices. The trainer ensures learners understand IT service management (ITSM) concepts and are prepared for ITIL certification exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver ITIL 4 training sessions (virtual or in-person)
- Customize training materials to suit different audiences and learning styles
- Prepare candidates for ITIL 4 Foundation and advanced certification exams
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update content as needed
- Stay current with ITIL 4 updates and best practices
- Provide post-training support and mentorship
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITIL 4 Certification (Foundation or higher)
- Proven experience in IT service management or training
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners
- Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools
Bonus Skills
- Certification in instructional design or adult education
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, or other IT frameworks
- Multilingual training capabilities - Arabic and English
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼500.00 - ﷼750.00 per day
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience:
- ITIL4 Training: 5 years (Preferred)
- ITIL Certified: 5 years (Preferred)
- Class room Training: 3 years (Preferred)
