The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the computer systems, hardware, and software across the organization. This role includes diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the secure and efficient use of IT infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over communication channels or ticketing system.
· provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
· monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
· install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
· Demonstrate to IT vendors the IT requirements such as IT assets or services.
· Generating structures to demonstrate the roles of IT agents.
· An administrative on server services and offices 365 services.
· Representing in outsource project and handle all aspect related to service provider. Aspects include generating weekly reports for service provider performance. In addition, review and trace the improvement plan which is provided by service provider. Moreover, evaluate service provider performance and demonstrate the performance in front of heads.
· Provide technical support to staff in person, or remotely.
· Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
· Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
· Ensure virus protection, patch management, and system updates are up to date.
· Document technical procedures and maintain records of support requests.
· Assist in IT asset inventory and tracking.
· Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors.
· Perform other related duty as required from line manager

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
