Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities aligned with business strategy.
Lead workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform innovation strategies.
Apply frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile for developing, testing, and iterating concepts.
Design and manage innovation programs, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Evaluate new ideas for feasibility, viability, and desirability using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, R&D, and operations teams to bring innovations to life.
Create compelling business cases and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Monitor global innovation trends, startup ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal innovation capability building.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
5+ years in innovation consulting, strategy, product development, or a related field.
Proven track record managing end-to-end innovation or strategic initiatives.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and change projects.
Skills & Tools:
Deep knowledge of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Jobs to Be Done).
Strong facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in business model design and market analysis.
Creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and drives execution.
Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
Languages:
Proficiency in Arabic and English required.
