Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage infrastructure-related projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure project management, engineering, and infrastructure development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and milestones.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and information.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of [15] years of experience in project management, specifically in infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
