About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong HSE culture across all operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing best practices to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports as per legal and internal requirements.
- Assist in risk assessments and ensure implementation of preventive measures.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within Construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
