The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work from our Riyadh office in a role that will help provide a full HR operational support service to our Savills KSA business. This is a broad generalist role encompassing day-to-day HR delivery, support to the HR team in all areas and ad-hoc project work and to provide operational and transactional HR services support for the Head of KSA. The successful candidate will support and take ownership for employee relations case work, managing and completing processes independently with the support of the head of HR in KSA and wider regional team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class talent acquisition and management by leading all local recruitment activities in alignment with the regional Recruitment Executive, ensuring consistency in practices and processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for KSA, utilizing company software and recruitment portals to maximize efficiency, regularly updating vacancy listings.
- Lead CV screening, interviews, and candidate selection, incorporating creative methods such as technical competency tests and psychometric assessments.
- Train and coach hiring managers on the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition processes to ensure a professional and unified approach.
- Develop and manage the KSA Graduate Program, represent Savills at Saudi universities, and promote success stories to position graduates as brand ambassadors.
- Provide recruitment KPIs and progress tracking to the Head of HR and Regional HR team as required.
- Promote the Savills employer brand and support initiatives to enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and global branding efforts.
Operational HR Support & Employee Relations
- Serve as a key contact for employee relations matters, resolving concerns, promoting a positive work environment, and escalating complex issues to the Head of HR when necessary.
- Support line managers during probation reviews, including advising on extensions where needed.
- Assist in conducting investigations into employee grievances and complaints while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
- Play an active role in performance management during the probationary period, following up with managers and employees as needed.
- Contribute to annual appraisals and promotion processes.
Learning & Development
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to plan and deliver training programs, including support for e-learning initiatives.
- Liaise with the Training & Development Manager to identify and address employee training needs.
Onboarding, Offboarding & HR Operations
- Oversee the development and delivery of a comprehensive staff induction program, periodically reviewing and enhancing content.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners and continuously improve offboarding processes.
- Manage the full visa process for new joiners, renewals, and leavers, escalating issues to the Head of HR as necessary.
- Review and enhance the joiner and leaver processes to improve the overall employee experience.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment and support HR-related initiatives.
- Implement tools and best practices to improve HR processes, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in delivering HR analytics and reports to HQ (plc), and support local and regional reporting requirements.
Systems & Compliance
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data on internal systems and contribute to the optimization of system use and efficiency tools.
- Follow up with the GRO regarding all relevant licenses, portals, and regulatory updates.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the KSA (minimum 5-6 years)
- In-depth knowledge of KSA labour laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to details and strong execution skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and conflicting demands
- Good understanding of the pace and urgency related to the HR function
- Solid MS Outlook and Word experience.
- Good Excel experience (basic formulas and formatting experience)
- Proficient at navigating technology and ability to learn systems quickly. independently
- Articulate, proactive, professional and confident demeanor; able to work with minimal supervision
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast paced and dynamic tram structure
- Good planning and organisational skills
- CIPD certification is a plus
