Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead all Human Resources and administrative functions for our Jubail operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization requirements, and corporate policies, while partnering closely with the Country Manager and Group HR to build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.
Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Lead the full HR function for the Jubail site, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Drive Saudization initiatives in line with company targets and government regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local legislation and global standards.
- Ensure accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with GOSI, MHRSD, and other relevant authorities.
- Advise line managers on HR best practices, labor law compliance, and disciplinary processes.
- Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development in collaboration with Group HR.
Administration:
- Oversee general administration for the site, including office management, facilities coordination, travel arrangements, and supplier management.
- Manage government relations (Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, etc.) and ensure all company documentation and licenses are up to date.
- Coordinate with PRO (Public Relations Officer) for visa processing, Iqama renewals, and other employee documentation.
- Monitor site services and contracts (security, catering, cleaning, accommodation, etc.) to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
Leadership & Compliance:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and ethical business practices.
- Foster a positive work culture that reflects Calderys’ and Binzagar’s values.
Requirements
Nationality: Saudi National (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR and administration experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices, and government portals (Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, etc.).
Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and administration in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
