We are looking for an experienced Head of Creative, who will lead the in-house creative team to develop impactful, brand-aligned, and performance-driven creative work across all customer and partner touchpoints. This role oversees the full creative output, including brand campaigns, tactical promotions, and ongoing communication efforts for a fast-paced delivery platform. Head of Creative manages a cross-functional team of copywriters, visual designers, and a photographer - driving creativity, consistency, and commercial impact.


Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Brand Stewardship

  • Define and evolve the brand’s creative direction to ensure a distinctive and unified brand presence across channels
  • Lead concept development and execution for integrated campaigns that build brand equity while supporting business growth
  • Balance long-term brand storytelling with short-term promotional messaging that drives traffic, conversions, and customer engagement

2. Tactical & Promotional Campaign Development

  • Oversee the creation of campaign assets for product launches, seasonal promotions, special offers, and localized marketing efforts
  • Ensure all tactical communications are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs and deliverables

3. Creative Team Leadership

  • Manage and inspire a high-performing in-house team of copywriters, visual designers, and a photographer
  • Provide clear creative direction, mentorship, and structured feedback to support individual growth and elevate overall team performance
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where great ideas can emerge and be executed efficiently

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, CRM, Social, BD and Operations to ensure creative alignment and campaign effectiveness
  • Act as a creative partner to internal stakeholders, providing strategic input and creative solutions that serve both brand and commercial goals

5. Executional Excellence & Workflow Management

  • Oversee creative production from concept through to final delivery across digital, print, social, in-app, CRM, and offline channels
  • Ensure smooth project management, prioritization, and resource allocation within the creative team to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Maintain high standards for creative quality, brand consistency, and message clarity across all outputs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in fast-paced consumer tech, retail, e-commerce environments, or top-tier advertising agencies
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand and promotional campaign work across digital and offline media
  • Proven ability to balance creative excellence with commercial impact
  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related creative and collaboration tools
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of digital performance marketing and customer-centric design
