We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to lead our school’s kitchen operations, with a strong focus on providing nutritious, well-balanced, and child-friendly meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy cooking and a deep understanding of dietary needs for children of various age groups, including those with allergies and special dietary requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role • Experience in school catering, hospital, institutional cooking, or child nutrition is highly preferred • Knowledge of food safety regulations, dietary planning, and allergy protocols • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills • Ability to engage positively with children, parents, and staff
