e: Graphic Designer – Carton Manufacturing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our carton manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and preparing high-quality packaging artwork, including layouts, die-lines, and print-ready files that meet both client specifications and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design packaging artwork, labels, and carton layouts according to client requirements.
- Create and prepare die-lines and print-ready files compatible with offset and flexographic printing.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs meet technical and branding guidelines.
- Modify and adapt existing designs for different carton sizes and styles.
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency throughout the design and printing process.
- Stay updated with packaging design trends, printing techniques, and industry standards.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files and templates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience in packaging design, especially in the carton or printing industry, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of printing processes (offset, flexographic) and prepress requirements.
Work Environment:
- Factory-based role with close coordination with production and printing departments.
- May require occasional client visits for design discussions and approvals.
