We're on the hunt for a talented all-rounder who can manage and run paid campaigns, that turns visitors into leads.
The specialist will work closely with B2B clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results, ensuring a cohesive approach to social media marketing that effectively reaches and engages business audiences.
The social media buyer specialist must have a thorough understanding of Google Ads platform advertising tools and analytics, with a focus on generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI for B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Plan, Launch, and Manage Google Ads Campaigns.
- Create and manage paid search campaigns across Google Search and Display.
- Set campaign objectives based on client goals (lead generation, traffic, conversions)
- create monthly Digital Strategies.
2- Conduct Keyword Research and Audience Targeting.
- Identify high-intent keywords tailored to each client's industry and offer
- Set targeting by geography, device, audience segments, and time
3- Write and Optimize Ad Copy.
- Develop compelling ad headlines and descriptions aligned with brand messaging
- Continuously A/B test ads to improve click-through rate (CTR) and conversions
4- Track, Analyze, and Report Campaign Performance.
- Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, ROAS)
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for internal and client use
- Provide clear insights and recommendations for optimization
5- Budget Management.
- Allocate and monitor ad spend for both Craftria and client accounts
- Ensure maximum ROI within the set daily/monthly budgets
6- Conversion Tracking and Pixel Implementation.
- Set up and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and goal events in Google Analytics
7- Collaborate with Creative & Content Teams.
- Coordinate with designers and content specialists to request high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Ensure ad visuals and copy match the campaign strategy
8- Stay Updated with Google Ads Trends and Policy Changes.
- Keep up with Google Ads platform updates and best practices
- Proactively recommend new features or campaign strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), bidding strategies, and campaign structure
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering measurable results (CPC, ROAS, CTR)
- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in keyword research tools and audience targeting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret campaign data
- Familiarity with landing page best practices and conversion tracking
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Google Ads Certification(s) is a strong plus
