Oracle’s Technology Solution Engineering is growing; our CAM team is on the front line of the customers digital transformation journey accelerating usage growth of Oracle Cloud (IaaS and PaaS) services while also creating a robust customer experience across the entire cloud adoption lifecycle. We are looking for 0-2 years working experience with strong passion to the team, working in a professional and competent manner. Your role will initially be to support experienced Cloud Adoption Managers to coordinate and deliver our services within the defined projects timelines. Training will be provided on industry leading Project Management approaches, techniques and methodologies alongside on the job mentoring and feedback to allow your skills to thrive. What you’ll bring
• BA/BS degree (or higher) in any relevant field
• Relevant modules in your degree and/or working experience:
- Project Management, Business or Information Technology
- Microsoft Excel and/or Project skills
• Work experience in a customer facing role is a plus.
• Strong ability to solve problems and process data.
• Strong organizational and relationship building skills.
• Thrive on innovation and ability to think outside the box.
• 0-2 years working experience, creativity, and passion to join the team, working in a professional and competent manner.

What you’ll do
A Cloud Adoption Manager would typically do:
• Continuous monitoring and reviewing the Adoption Plan with the customers to guarantee the progress according to their expectations, facilitating the value realization
• Supervise and predict consumption fluctuations, define and implement corrective actions
• Pro-actively monitor burn rates and provide consumption forecast
• Assess churn risk (customer or service) and formulate mitigation plan
• Detect and flag potential new workloads (to ACEs – Account Cloud Engineers) or new implementation opportunities
• Drive Go Live Assurance to guarantee success in this Critical Milestone event for the customer
• Provide “Longer Term” customer assistance on environment already in Production through Operations Monitoring and Optimization Advisory
• Share and/or recommend customer/ industry specific standard methodologies & content in your role you would be initially working with experienced CAMs on:
• Preparing and reviewing the Cloud adoption Pan internally
• Provide input on predicted consumption fluctuations
• Assist in preparations for Go Live Assurance
