Job Description
- Greet and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional service
- Responsible for check-in/out process, collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards, as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), a second language an asset.
- Previous customer-related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
