Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller Manager to oversee financial management, reporting, and compliance across our real estate development projects. The successful candidate will ensure sound financial planning, robust controls, and support strategic decision-making to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support project and corporate objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital requirements to ensure optimal financial health.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee project cost controls, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting of costs related to real estate developments.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax laws, Tadawul and IFRS.
- Proven track record in financial planning, cost control, and project accounting for large-scale real estate developments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼35,000.00 per month
