We are currently looking for a Facilities Project Manager for our client, an FM service provider based in Dammam, KSA. The role will lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of a comprehensive Facilities Management (FM) project for a top-tier and reputable organization within the Petroleum and Energy sector. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and manage daily FM operations in line with the contract scope, including hard and soft services. - Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and procedures - Control project budget and expenditures - Build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. • Progressive experience in Facilities Management and managing large-scale FM contracts. • Knowledge of CAFM systems, FM KPIs, and contract management. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Deep understanding of FM service delivery standards. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and FM software systems. • Willing to work in remote location (Single Accommodation and Transportation will be provided)
