Position Summary
The Executive Manager, EPC Contracts & EPC Negotiations – MENA & CIS at DataVolt leads the procurement of EPC Contractors for projects across the MENA and CIS regions. The role focuses on EPC negotiations, stakeholder alignment, and localization initiatives that contribute to knowledge transfer and the development of a regional contractor base aligned with DataVolt's non-recourse financing/EPC strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
EPC Contract Negotiation & procurement.
Lead negotiations with EPC contractors and construction subcontractors across MENA and CIS projects.
Ensure EPC agreements reflect the interests of end users, financial stakeholders, and Datavolt policies.
Stakeholder & Departmental Coordination
Coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and BD to align contract terms with technical and financial requirements.
Collaborate with Legal Counsel to ensure consistency with Datavolt's contractual frameworks and risk profile.
Localization & Contractor Development
Develop localization strategies that meet KSA mandates and promote regional talent and expertise.
Foster partnerships between international contractors and local firms to promote knowledge transfer.
Contract Governance & Compliance
Ensure all contract structures comply with corporate policies and regional regulations.
Support audits, risk reviews, and QHSE alignment during project execution.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Law, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
10+ years of experience in EPC contracting and negotiation within the MENA or CIS regions. Strong understanding of localization goals, regional contractor landscapes, and contract compliance.
