Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents in both English and Arabic.
- Represent the General Manager in internal and external meetings as needed.
- Follow up on the implementation of decisions, projects, and tasks across departments.
- Organize and document meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between the GM and department heads, clients, and external parties.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for the GM’s special initiatives and strategic projects.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the GM, including emails and phone calls.
- Handle any tasks or responsibilities delegated by the General Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar executive support role.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Confident, assertive, and able to take initiative and make decisions when necessary.
- Professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of discretion.
