ندور على وحدة شغوفة ومرتبة تمسك شغل الفعاليات معانا. الوظيفة عن بُعد بالكامل، جزئية وتعتمد على المشاريع والنتايج، والدوام مرن ٤ ساعات باليوم حسب تفرغك واحتياج الفعالية.
المهام:
- متابعة شغل الفعاليات والتأكد إنه يخلص كامل
- اجتماعات أسبوعية مع فريق الفعاليات والفريلانسرز
- إشراف وتوجيه للفريلانسرز
- تنسيق مع قسم التسويق عشان الحملات والتعاون مع المؤثرين
- تقديم أفكار واقتراحات للتصاميم وتنظيم الفعاليات مع الفريق
- التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين والسابقين
- متابعة حسابات العملاء من الشركات والأفراد (B2B و B2C)

Events Coordinator – Part-Time, Fully Remote (Project-Based)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote, part-time role based on projects and results, with flexible working hours (4 hours/day) depending on your availability and event needs.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on event operations and ensure full execution
- Hold weekly meetings with the events team and freelancers
- Supervise and guide the freelance team
- Coordinate with the marketing department to execute influencer collaborations and campaigns
- Provide creative ideas and suggestions for event planning and design with the events team
- Communicate with current and past clients
- Manage and follow up with corporate and individual clients (B2B & B2C)
The company has the right to modify responsibilities in line with business needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed monthly salary: 1500-200
- percentage of net profit from events executed by your team under your supervision
- percentage of net profit from events directly organized by you
- Additional incentives may be offered based on performance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
