Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Endodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating issues related to the dental pulp and root tissues. The Endodontist will perform root canal treatments, endodontic surgeries, and other procedures aimed at preserving natural teeth and relieving patient pain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and tissues surrounding the root of the tooth.
- Perform root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, apicoectomy, and other endodontic surgeries.
- Utilize dental microscopes, digital radiography, and other advanced tools for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, aftercare, and preventive oral health practices.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in endodontics and participate in continuing education
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completed Endodontic residency program from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or equivalent.
- Endodontic specialty license to practice in Saudi Arabia (SCFHS).
- Proficiency with advanced endodontic tools (e.g., endo microscope).
