- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing service delivery and client engagement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction metrics, account performance, and relationship health to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are aligned with company offerings and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action items within the CRM system to ensure continuity and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and stakeholder influence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
