Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and physically capable Furniture Delivery Driver to join our
logistics team. The driver will be responsible for delivering furniture to customers'
locations in a safe and timely manner, as well as assisting the delivery team in handling,
positioning, and assembling furniture on-site as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- - Safely operate company vehicles to deliver furniture to residential and commercial
- - Load and unload furniture with care, ensuring minimal damage during transit and
- - Support team members (e.g., carpenter, helper) in lifting, moving, and installing
- - Assemble furniture on-site using basic tools, following product instructions or
- - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing excellent service.
- - Inspect delivery vehicle before and after trips; report maintenance or safety issues
- - Follow the assigned delivery schedule, route plans, and adhere to all traffic and safety
- - Ensure delivery documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Qualifications
- - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- - Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture delivery or a related field.
- - Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and use of hand tools.
- - Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 kg) and work in varied environments.
- - Strong team spirit and ability to coordinate well with other team members.
- - Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
