As a Door Attendant, your primary responsibility is to offer a warm and courteous welcome to guests as they enter and exit the hotel premises. You play a key role in creating a positive first impression by providing assistance, opening doors, and ensuring a smooth entry and exit experience. Your friendly and professional demeanor contributes to the overall hospitality of the hotel, leaving guests with a favorable impression of their stay from the moment they arrive.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Greet Guests warmly upon arrival in an appropriate manner.
- Assist Guests by opening car doors upon arrival and departure, escorting them to the lobby.
- Manage and control all Guest car keys, ensuring prompt delivery of cars upon Guest request.
- Report all Guest complaints or issues to the manager on duty.
- Ensure effective handovers between duty shifts.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Hotel's policies, procedures, and service standards, with full knowledge of the facilities and current events.
- Foster and maintain positive public relations, exceeding Guest expectations whenever possible.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
