Job Description
Receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents on a day-to-day basis and assisting in the coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite the work flowMaintaining an accurate filing system for all project related documents
Maintaining a schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements
Expediting the review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents
Assisting and supporting in delivering the documents (drawings and specifications) to appropriate stakeholders
Ensuring all project documents and technical documents are logged efficiently
Qualifications
Degree holder, ideally in a technical subject matterMinimum of 8 years in a Document Control role
Working knowledge of the Primavera Contract Manager Electronic Document Management System
Proficient keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet and database software
Excellent English written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills,
