Manage and control the receipt, registration, distribution, and tracking of all project-related documents via Aconex platform.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly coded, categorized, and filed according to project protocols.
Monitor and maintain document logs, version history, and transmittals for technical drawings, reports, submittals, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, clients) to facilitate timely review and approval workflows.
Generate document status reports, dashboards, and audit trails as required by the project team and client.
Ensure that document control processes comply with quality assurance and ISO standards.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure documents are complete, current, and accessible to authorized personnel.
Archive final project documentation in line with handover and closeout procedures.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Aconex is essential.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
