Our client, a prominent real estate development company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Director for Commercial & Finance Reporting to lead the financial operations, strategic planning, and performance improvement across a dynamic and complex business environment. This leadership role requires a finance professional with extensive real estate experience, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a strong track record in driving value across operations, commercial strategy and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial management, reporting and strategic financial planning processes.
- Oversee the commercial and operational reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage monthly reporting, implement financial controls, policy updates, lead cash flow forecasting and internal process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant business degrees.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACA, ACCA, CPA equivalents.
- 15+ years of experience in finance leadership within real estate, construction or large scale mixed use developments in the GCC region.
- Strong background in operational finance, real estate project finance, and commercial accounting/reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with recent or current experience working on real estate developments in Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama or within the GCC Region.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus.
