SWATX is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Solutions Architect to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement robust analytics solutions that enable effective data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, architect complex data systems, and guide the implementation of advanced analytics frameworks that deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable data architecture and frameworks that support analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to translate their requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the deployment of analytics platforms and tools.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across analytics systems.
• Mentor and guide data analysts and other technical staff on best practices in analytics and data science.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation of architecture designs, processes, and analytics best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or Solutions Architect with a focus on data analytics.
• Strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data processing and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor team members in best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in deploying analytics solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Relevant certifications in data architecture or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
