Are you an experienced professional in Customs Clearance and Logistics with a deep understanding of import/export regulations and shipment procedures? Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant logistics operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the entire Customs Clearance process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with Saudi Customs and international regulations .
- Provide logistical support to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, keeping internal teams and stakeholders informed.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs Clearance and Logistics within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs procedures, HS Codes, clearance portals, and logistics operations .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook ; ability to learn and work with new systems and portals.
- Professional level English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Arabic language skills are preferred and considered a plus.
