Job Description
Investment & Funding Management
- Lead the Development and refinement of the Business plan, Investment & Funding Strategy, and detailed Funding Plan.
- Execute strategies to optimize the balance sheet and improve Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).
- Support the development of materials for relevant committees and implement directives.
- Prepare Advice to Executive Management on investment and funding matters to ensure informed decision-making.
- Support shareholders for financial report development to ensure achievement as defined on time.
Deal Evaluation & Execution
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to prepare for capital raising activities, ensuring all necessary documentation and strategies are in place.
- Support various stakeholders to develop compelling marketing materials to attract potential deals.
- Lead pre-deal due diligence activities to assess the viability and risks of potential deals.
- Manage the development of the deal-specific sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate potential outcomes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and close transactions to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Value Creations & Optimization
- Supervise the company's active and current investments to ensure they perform as expected.
- Contribute to the preparation of investment reports and performance updates for stakeholders.
- Enhance portfolio to identify potential opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Monitor potential divestments or exit opportunities to the Deal Evaluation & Execution team.
- Assist with merger and acquisition (M&A) integration activities to achieve intended synergies and maximize predicted value.

Skills
Foundational knowledge in Corporate Finance assists in tasks under supervision.
Excellent use of English (must) and Arabic language (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present information.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and software used within the organization.
Demonstrates understanding of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and the GCC region.
Good understanding of relevant market practices and applicable laws & regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply knowledge to ensure compliance.
Familiarity with essential technical skills related to the role, with an ability to build competence through training and hands-on experience.
Demonstrate Proficiency in essential soft skills as per the Competency Framework based on the role's level of responsibility.
