Copywriter

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to enhance the company's brand voice and online presence through the creation of compelling, high-quality content. This role aims to drive engagement, attract new users, and retain existing customers by developing effective marketing materials, optimizing content for search engines, and executing targeted social media and CRM campaigns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Content Creation:

• Write and edit high-quality blog posts, articles, and other content to drive traffic and engage audience.
• Develop compelling copy for various marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Create persuasive and clear copy for our website, landing pages & App to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

SEO:

• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and create SEO-friendly content that aligns with our marketing strategy.
• Optimize existing content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Social Media:

• Develop and execute social media content plans to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Craft engaging posts, stories, and updates that reflect Gathern’s brand voice and resonate with our audience. Collaborate with the design team to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos) for social media channels.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Write and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
• Develop personalized and targeted content for CRM initiatives, ensuring consistency with our brand messaging. Analyze the performance of CRM campaigns and suggest improvements based on user data and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 0-3 years of experience in CRM management or related roles, with a proven track record of driving customer
• Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
