Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to the Chef’s instructions and quality standards.
- Ensure all dishes are presented in a consistent and visually appealing manner.
- Follow kitchen procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Assist in receiving and properly storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or restaurant).
- Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible and open to working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Culinary certification or vocational training is a plus.
