Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, and relevant regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle conflicts tactfully.
