We are seeking an experienced Contract Legal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in contract administration, specifically within engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law and administration, along with relevant FIDIC certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contract administration for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide legal advice and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation and dispute resolution.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and mitigating risks associated with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to contract administration activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and related legal frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
