Concrete Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman with a strong background in civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in supervising concrete works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Supervise and coordinate all activities related to concrete works on-site.

• 
  Ensure proper planning and execution of concrete pouring, curing, and finishing operations.

• 
  Monitor manpower allocation, material usage, and equipment for optimal productivity.

• 
  Verify that work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• 
  Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures and regulations.

• 
  Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and quality teams to resolve any technical issues.

• 
  Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the site management team.

• 
  Manage and train skilled labourers to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• 
  Minimum 7 years of experience in concrete works, preferably in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.

• 
  Strong knowledge of concrete materials, formwork, rebar placement, and finishing techniques.

• 
  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• 
  Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• 
  Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control measures.

• 
  Good communication and reporting skills.

• 
  Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to project schedules.

• 
  Willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• 
  Must already be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
