The Compliance Specialist at Alkaffary Group is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of our operations by ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves proactive monitoring of sales branches and warehouses, conducting audits, and facilitating training to ensure all employees understand compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor branch activities to detect violations of company policies and report findings.
- Prepare monthly performance evaluation reports based on quality standards.
- Conduct regular visits to branches and warehouses to perform quality control inspections.
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements or policy updates to the Governance and Risk Manager.
- Support the development or enhancement of company policies and procedures.
- Provide periodic follow-ups on departmental workflows and recommend corrective actions when irregularities are observed.
- Deliver training to departmental staff on quality and compliance standards when required.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure quality and compliance integration in daily operations.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Governance and Risk Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in a similar compliance or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and recommendations.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
