Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Structural QC Inspector with a minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control for civil and structural works. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in structural erection projects and be familiar with QA/QC procedures, inspection techniques, and applicable codes and standards (e.g., ACI, ASTM, BS, or equivalent). Candidates with prior ARAMCO project experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of structural steel erection, concrete works, formwork, rebar, grouting, and finishing works.
- Review and verify construction drawings, method statements, and ITPs.
- Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure quality control measures are maintained.
- Maintain and organize all QA/QC documentation and records for audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of QC experience in civil and structural works, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, construction drawings, and international standards.
- ARAMCO experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of inspection tools and testing procedures.
