Sauce Boss is a popular Western-style fast food restaurant located on the 4th floor of the Safiyyah Museum in Madinah. We are looking for a Cashier/Customer Service team member to join our growing team and help us deliver an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide top-level service with a smile
- Take orders and operate the POS system with accuracy
- Speak confidently in both Arabic and English with customers
- Handle payments (cash/card) and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier station
- Assist in coordinating takeaway and dine-in orders
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Previous experience as a cashier or in hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must already be in Saudi Arabia and willing to relocate to Madinah
- Iqama transfer is mandatory
