7+ years’ experience as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, technical) to align on business goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and expand professional networks.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives and financial targets.
- Support branding and marketing efforts to enhance market visibility.
