Job Title: *Business Development Manager*

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling institutional products and courses, with a focus on building strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. Experience in similar role in Saudi Arabia based Academy will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the education sector.
- Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Create tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the value of our training programs.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions and corporate entities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
4. Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote our offerings and expand the network.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and course offerings.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve course content based on client interactions.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Adjust strategies as needed based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Proven track record of successfully selling institutional products and courses.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
