Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the company’s portfolio.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation and sales strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Present the company’s services confidently and professionally to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, providing regular progress reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Marketing:
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify key segments and growth opportunities.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, presentations, and campaign content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitor insights to optimize strategy.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Track performance metrics and refine campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain partnerships to support marketing and brand initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with a balance of analytical and creative abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools/platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Solid research and planning capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for business and attend events.
- Open to relocation within the GCC, with a primary base in Riyadh.
