Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market and must be open to relocating to Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client portfolio.
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies tailored to our target markets.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Promote our services through compelling presentations and client engagements.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with the Middle East market is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Riyadh.
