Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in analyzing business operations, developing strategies, and improving overall company performance. You will play a key role in advising management, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to achieve our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, operations, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies and business models to optimize performance and profitability.
- Provide expert advice to management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of new business plans and monitor performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar advisory role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, operations, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, financial analysis tools, and business intelligence software.
- Experience in the Saudi/GCC market is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
