The project:
This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Serve as the primary PMO interface across planning, reporting, quality, resourcing, and performance management functions.
- Maintain key program artefacts including PEP, PMP, milestone trackers, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate and support meetings (SLT, EXPRO, risk, quality), including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Prepare and validate milestone letters in collaboration with contracts and legal teams.
- Align programme activities with wider business strategy and promote strategic initiatives.
- Lead staffing plans and resourcing dashboards in partnership with HR and project leadership.
- Administer onboarding/offboarding processes and internal requisition documentation.
- Chair weekly resource coordination meetings to ensure real-time visibility of deployment.
- Support programme director’s office with briefing notes, reporting, and stakeholder tools.
- Develop and quality-check presentations for leadership and stakeholder forums.
- Facilitate cross-functional reporting alignment to produce consolidated programme updates.
- Oversee sub-programme delivery and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage programme documentation and knowledge transfer, including final transition materials.
- Promote safety, quality, and sustainability standards, including net zero carbon initiatives.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in project or construction management (Master’s preferred), with strong academic grounding.
- Extensive experience in complex program delivery, especially within consultancy or government-led environments.
- Expert in PMO governance and reporting standards, including PEP/PMP, EXPRO, and enterprise-level frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and PMIS tools, with strong documentation and facilitation capabilities.
- Skilled in strategic and operational stakeholder engagement, with awareness of visa and compliance requirements in KSA.
