The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leads and owns the planning function across assigned portfolios, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
- Implements planning and project controls procedures, aligning with business standards across projects.
- Manages planning for complex projects or business units, providing strategic oversight and direction.
- Oversees planning, scheduling, EVM, and project controls methodologies for medium to high complexity programs.
- Provides expert analysis and corrective actions for complex planning requirements.
- Communicates effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Develops plans and trend analyses using advanced numerical and statistical techniques.
- Supports senior management in negotiations, contracts, and business development activities.
- Leads and mentors planning teams, fostering high performance and career development.
- Promotes sustainability and net zero carbon goals, integrating environmental responsibility into project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
- Qualified professional with a degree in construction, programme, project, or commercial management and relevant industry experience.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining collaborative client relationships across project lifecycles.
