The project:
This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
Support EPMO in procuring testing and commissioning services from third-party providers
Ensure department compliance with EPMO processes and procedures
Lead the commissioning management team and oversee handover record management
Collaborate with LDC to embed commissioning and maintenance into design
Manage knowledge transfer for Saudi resources per PMC contract
Support MEP safety systems in coordination with the excellence department
Report to and deputize for the Director of Commissioning and Handover
Guide senior commissioning engineers and managers across stadium projects
Assist with commissioning strategies, plans, and handover documentation
- Provide technical updates and ensure alignment across all stadium assets
You’ll need to have:
A relevant degree qualification.
Chartership or pursuing a similar level of professional qualifications.
Negotiation skills at the executive/client level.
Commercial or tender acumen.
Construction and market knowledge.
High value/complexity tender expertise.
Stadium experience is required .
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
