Pragma is seeking an Associate consultant to oversee the implementation of the Management Operating System (MOS) project at an advanced gold mine, aimed at establishing and implementing a set of activities, guiding principles, tools and systems necessary for the establishment of the business processes.
Minimum Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Engineering, Asset Management Systems)
- A minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience in Mining / plant operations.
- A minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience as an Industrial, Reliability, or Operation Engineer.
- Deep understanding of asset-intensive environments and maintenance strategies.
- Ability to speak Arabic is advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist and address the identified gaps within the business and effectively close the identified gaps.
- To provide technical support on the Management Operating Systems to clients and Stakeholders.
- To Set-up and embed change management, training, coaching, etc for Management Operating Systems where applicable.
- To ensure that the Management Operating Systems management routines for plant ops and plant maintenance are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Roll-out, implementation and stabilization of all Management Operating Systems routines specified in the Management Operating Systems gap action plan.
