The Assistant Manager position must understand that Mobility is one of the first and last critically-important impressions that has lasting consequences on Red Sea destination resort Guests in making future decisions regarding visitations. The ultimate goal of the Mobility team is create and maintain a world-class guest experience and leave positive memories. In addition our aim is to streamline the Guest & Workforce journey, ensuring that Guest & Workforce gets to and from their place of work smoothly and timely to perform their operational duties regardless of the transport mode chosen.
Jobholder will be an integral part of supporting mobility systems with a focus on delivering efficiency , safe and consistency in guest experience in line with the operational requirements.
The jobholder will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring that the reporting from Telematics devices is undertaken efficiently and in line with the KPIs;
Responsibilities:
Planning
- Responsible for coordinating with the stakeholders on the planning of Telematics implementation program and sharing the plan with relevant Stakeholders
- Responsible for managing the Telematics reports and set up to continuously gather effective data for monitoring safety operations.
Operations
- Provide actionable insights for Mobility in multi stakeholder Integrated Control center for operational oversight.
- Lead the collaborate with EOC, TOCC, AOCC and external stakeholders for exception management in RSG for Safe Transfers i.e. Report incidents, vehicle mishaps, complaints and ensure continuous follow through action for investigation.
- Monitor the vehicles for safety performance, share the updates on vehicle utilization with relevant Stakeholders for better fleet utilization.
- Comply with service standards, regulatory requirements, and policies.
- Responsible for exception and escalations on a daily basis.
- Responsible for gathering business requirements to improve operational efficiency of the system and process.
- Responsible for planning and participating in the ORAT, Systems testing and go live.
- Address the risks, issues, challenges and report them to management.
- Undertake other tasks and assignments related to the job and as assigned.
Accounting & Reporting
- Manage product details, correct allocation, user management and safety report updates in Telematics system and co relate to Mobility operations Fleet Management systems.
- Responsible for reconciliation of fleet and Telematics installed vehicles i.e. cost, fleet size, user management and send approval for related billing to cost recharge.
- Responsible for consolidating the exception and billing reconciliation for Telematics assets.
- Reporting of safety events on weekly, monthly basis
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Lead and manage day-to-day mobility operations Telematics dashboard to ensure the availability of correct data elements representing the state of operations and exceptions.
- Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of mobility operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer expectations, KPIs in the mobility space.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, hands-on technical troubleshooter and safe driving within the operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, considering the distinct needs of mobility services.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) reporting for operations within the mobility context.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders in the mobility industry.
- Implement corrective actions to address operational challenges specific to mobility services.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team and organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 9 years’ experience within the GCC is preferable. Experience in the Airport, Ground Handling or Transportation industry at minimum Senior level is preferable.
Skill Sets:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Finance / Tech savvy with Operations background would be an advantage.
- Previous experience on Telematics & Data Analysis is essential.
- Strong understanding of Vehicle Telematics & Analytical skills is essential.
