Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day vehicle utilization, for safe and efficient usage of company assets.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are serviced according to OEM, company guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, insurance, registration, fuel consumption, and repairs.
- Ensures availability of proper licensing for vehicle operation on Saudi Roads.
- Monitor driver performance, enforce road safety protocols, and ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement and service providers for spare parts, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Review and approve trip logs, fuel usage reports, and incident reports.
- Support incident investigations and coordinate with HSE on corrective actions and reporting.
- Propose cost-saving initiatives and fleet optimization strategies.
- Train, evaluate, and mentor drivers and fleet personnel.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, including utilization, maintenance, and cost KPIs.
