Job Title: Sales Manager UAE Remuneration: Attractive open-ended commission-based role with a monthly retainer in Year 1 Location: Riyadh About Crofts and Assinder: We are a leading and much-respected British designers and manufacturers of high-quality designer cabinet handles for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, contract (hotels and cruise) markets. We have been established for 150 years, and we already sell our products successfully all over the world in the USA, Japan, Australia, and throughout Europe. To support our continued export sales growth, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team and help us establish our brand in the UAE and Saudi markets. Job Summary: As an independent Sales Agent working with us, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business in the region by identifying and developing contacts within . This commission-based position rewards your efforts in closing sales and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their sampling needs, and guiding them through the procurement process. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and research potential targets (kitchen manufacturers, kitchen showrooms/studios, bedroom furniture manufacturers, bedroom furniture showrooms, hotel and cruise clients and interior designers within your territory. • Contact potential clients through various channels (appointments, telephone, email, networking events, and social media) to generate interest in our products. • Establish and develop strong trading relationships with all customers, understanding their cabinet hardware requirements and providing suitable solutions. • Present our products via high quality sampling (provided) to prospective customers. • Work with our Export Co-ordination team to ensure all specific customer requirements with regards to packaging / delivery are met. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region and liaise with our Marketing team accordingly. • Meet or exceed yearly sales targets agreed at the outset. • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Director regarding sales initiatives and market insights.
Requirements
We are seeking an energetic self-starter with extensive experience of selling to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (KBB) market in Riyadh and across the wider Saudi region. The suitable candidate will have experience of selling high quality products to the interiors market and specifically the aforementioned sectors, and supporting their customer accounts as their business grows.
