Job Title: Area Manager – Retail (Fashion)
Location: Riyadh / Dammam / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (if currently outside KSA)
Job Summary:
The client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple stores in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales, improving store performance, and ensuring brand consistency across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of fashion retail stores within the assigned region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Store Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and compliance with brand standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and implement improvement plans.
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and inventory metrics to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to align with brand identity.
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams for regional promotions and product launches.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, health & safety standards, and loss prevention measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Manager in the fashion retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia, if based outside KSA.
- Ability to travel frequently between cities (Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern fashion trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
